The Administrative Assistant II position performs a wide variety of responsible and complex administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for Department Heads and staff. This position is the entry-journey classification. Incumbents learn to perform the full range of support duties.

Education Requirements

- High School Diploma/GED

Experience Requirements

- 2 years Administrative Support Experience

Certifications/ Licensures

- Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening
