- Manage payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice preparation.
- Reconcile transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting/cash flow solutions.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, travel coordination, filing, correspondence, and supply management.
- Assist with HR functions including pre-employment testing, new hire orientation, and employee time/expense tracking.
- Receive, process, and track inventory; maintain shipment records and conduct regular audits.
- Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and serve as liaison between staff, management, and customers.
- Support compliance by attending safety trainings and following company policies.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, accounting, and inventory processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JD Edwards and Track a Tool helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
