Administration Assistant - this is an entry level job
- Day-to-day office administration support such as sorting mail, general paperwork filing, organizing documents, answering phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk/entrance
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support for AR and AP.
- Provide support between Sales, Operations and Company Administration.
- Update Company fliers and information and provide communication assistance between two locations.
- Assist Operations and Sales VP’s as needed with projects and/or tasks.
- Basic file management as needed.
- Assist in all general administration tasks as needed.
- Any other tasks directed by the Controller, Office Manager, and Executive.
- Detail oriented.
- Good verbal and writing skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-starter and ability to manage individual time effectively.
- Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
- High School education or equivalent required.
- (1) year in general administration (preferred)
- Valid driver's license.
