Additive Production Technician

Qualifications

- EOS or similar DMLS 3D Printing, 1 year (Preferred)

- Manufacturing, 1 year (Preferred)

- CNC Machine Tool, 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description

Prepare 3D additive printing, ore, maintains quality and safety standards, maintains clean organized work environment, including equipment and supplies, accurately completes all In-Process, and Daily timesheets.

- Operations of Additive Manufacturing equipment

- Processing of metal powders for use in Additive process

- Post processing of additive (3D printed) built parts

- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

- Documents actions by accurately completing production and quality logs.

- Ability to read and interpret work orders, and blueprints

- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and height gages

- Inspect machined workpieces to verify conformance to specifications

- Maintains cleanliness of workstation and surrounding area

- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 70 pounds

- Follow instruction both verbal and written

- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Preferred candidate has experience with production type environment Additive Manufacturing equipment.

Position is daylight (7:00am - 3:30pm ). Starting rate salary range$20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience, and includes paid time off, holidays, healthcare, and 401k after probation period of 90 days.

Successful candidates should be detail oriented, with strong math skills, and strong attendance, and work history.

Experience:

- Additive Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

- Manufacturing : 1 year (Preferred)

- Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
