Activation Client Specialist

Pay: $16.85/hour + performance based tier pay

Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Overview

Activation Client Specialists coordinate with clients and the appropriate parties to make for a smoother utility activation or deactivation process. You will field questions and issues from clients, then research the appropriate response or action. You will coordinate between the client, team members, and utility providers or tenants, to work out a solution. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be a direct reflection of how they view the company. Come join a successful team dedicated to quality work and true client satisfaction.
