We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

•

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and in person, ensuring a high level of service.

•

Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.

•

Create Estimates and Sales Orders for customer purchases - very specific attention to detail is a must, in addition to effective documentation of each order.

•

Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently when required.

•

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.

•

Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.

•

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries, ask additional questions regarding their order or to let them know that their order is ready for pick-up .

•

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience.

•

Have the ability to multi task while working calmly in a (sometimes) high stress (busy) environment. The ability to use time management effectively is necessary.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office environment.

•

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.

•

Familiarity with payment handling procedures is a plus.

•

Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent client service skills.

•

Previous experience in sales and customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

•

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
