- Process vendor invoices and purchase orders with correct coding and approvals.
- Verify shipping, customs, and freight documents to apply landed costs to inventory.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, record payments, and monitor aging reports.
- Record customer deposits and ensure all receipts are applied correctly.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances.
- Record journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and prepayments.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
- Maintain the fixed asset list and record additions or disposals.
- Calculate and record monthly depreciation.
- Ensure all asset records follow accounting policies.
- Record daily deposits, wire transfers, and check payments.
- Reconcile deposits with AR and bank statements.
- Assist with audit documents and financial reports.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
- Knowledge of landed cost, inventory, and general ledger accounting.
- Familiar with GAAP and accounting controls.
- Proficient in SAP, Netsuite or similar software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Bilingual in Mandarin.
