The Position:

- We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience.

- We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years Accounting experience and knowledge

- Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred

- High level of accuracy and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

- Maintain company asset files, 1099s, capital budget expenditures, etc.

- File and pay monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and corporate taxes

- Work with all departments and accountants to maintain accurate files

- Determine customer credit worthiness

- AP, AR, and reconciliation for our other owned smaller companies
