Job Summary/Purpose:

The Accountant (III, Lead, or Senior Lead) will assist with Entergy Consolidated financial reporting, internal financial reporting, and support of SEC filings, FERC filings, and other miscellaneous financial reporting. Assist with preparation of financial presentations and analysis at the Entergy Consolidated or segment reporting level, including Investor Relations materials and Audit Committee materials. Additionally, this position will perform research on accounting and SEC disclosure issues and work with external auditors on audit and reporting issues. This position will also support Entergy’s strategic initiatives from an External & Corporate Reporting perspective.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements: Minimum education and experience required of the position Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2+years of relevant work experience is required.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required of the position

CPA desired.
