The Account Manager role will develop into a key position within our team. In this role, the successful candidate will become an expert in our product details and manufacturing processes. Exceptional communication and critical thinking will take place daily. Collaboration with field professionals, production staff and management are mandated for success in this role.
This key position will report to the General Manager and play a key role in customer relationships.
This position offers challenge and opportunity through responsibility for, and direct involvement in, all aspects of Lister customer accounts. The Account Manager will directly oversee accounts from quote to shipment.
- Direct customer communications
- Prepare detailed multi-item estimates and quotes
- Project planning & management, revenue planning
- Enter sales orders
- Develop estimates, quotes & maintain all files
- Coordinate with Manufacturing on all support
- Coordinate and support scheduling
- Manage changing customer requirements
- Seek new sales opportunities
- Support customer quality and financial audits
- Experience in sales, customer relations, project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Desire to take on increasing responsibilities
- Willingness to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
