Account Executive/Sales

We are a leading company renowned for our innovative water purification products, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a global reach. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-focused individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The position involves handling incoming inquiries, educating potential customers, and researching market opportunities aligned with our values. You’ll work closely with our wholesalers and provide valuable insight to collaborate with our marketing department and management regarding the direction forward. Additionally, there will be occasional travel for tradeshows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email. Educate about water quality and the need for pure water.

· Assist customers in the buying process.

· Develop, manage, and nurture wholesale and affiliate partnerships, ensuring productive and mutually beneficial relationships.

· Identify and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners.

· Maintain consistent and engaging communication with affiliates and partners through various channels and targeted outreach initiatives.

· Collaborate with our marketing team to devise and execute compelling marketing campaigns.

Other job duties as needed.

Qualifications

· Proven experience with two to five years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales, affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar role.

· Excellent relationship-building and communication skills by email, telephone, and any other means.

· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve performance.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining positive relationships.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

· Windows Office skills required
