About The Role – 36386 – Yardperson – 7 on/7 off rotation, Drive In/Drive Out (Williams Lake, BC)

We are seeking a Yardperson to support our bulk product delivery and assist blast crews at our Gibraltar site, located in the Williams Lake, BC area. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for those who thrive in a team environment and want to build a career in mining and construction.

Work Schedule

- 7 days on/7 days off rotation

- 12 hour shifts

- Drive In/Drive Out

- Reliable transportation will be provided from either Williams Lake or Quesnel. You must be able to be picked up at either of those locations.

What you will be doing

- Contribute to a strong safety culture by using PPE and following safety protocols

- Maintain a clean and organized job site

- Load and unload trucks; assist with on-bench operations

- Work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Support team members as needed

What you will bring

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Class 5, BC preferred)

- 1+ years’ experience in construction, mining, or related field

- Experience with equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction jobs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable transportation to site

- Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.

- Commitment to punctuality, safety, and quality work

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Compensation

- $32.00 - $34.00 CAD per hour
