Yard Technician

Duties include but not limited to: sand blasting oil and propane tanks, paint and refurbish tanks, general yard up keep and occasionally assisting techs and or drivers on the road. Must have ability to problem solve.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to lift, carry and load 60 pounds (minimum) weight requirements.

- Required to work 5 days a week/ 8 hours days. Occasional weekends but rare (snow removal).

- Ability to handle weather hot/cold conditions

- Snow plowing/shoveling

- Daily yard inventory

- Must be able to drive forklift & bobcat

- Maintain yard and shop cleanliness

- Prepare Skid (Diesel/Gasoline) tanks

- Cutting and threading pipe

- Refurbishing propane tanks- All to be done in accordance with regulations * Maintaining Inspection records and inventory

- Understanding and ability to work with propane

- Communicate with office staff & teamwork oriented

- Ability to multitask & leadership abilities.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods; bend, stoop and kneel frequently.

- Proven track record of being dependable and reliable

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or equivalent
