The role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working on an assembly line and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to our production goals. This role involves utilizing hand tools and power tools to assemble products efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.

- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues as they arise.

- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to assembly processes.

Experience

- Previous factory experience or warehouse experience is preferred.

- Familiarity with hand tools

- Experience in multimeters and some electrical tools is preferred but not mandatory

- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

- Basic knowledge in programs such as Excel and Word

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely in a manufacturing environment is necessary.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
