Hardware Assembler

Responsibilities

- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.

- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Conduct quality checks on assembled products, identifying any defects or issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist in the training of new employees on assembly processes and equipment usage.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is highly desirable.

- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.

- Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in inventory management or logistics.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
