About This Job

We are currently looking for Supervisor in the Akron/Fairlawn area. The positions will be from Monday thru Friday starting after 5pm for 6hrs per night. Prior cleaning and supervisor experience in a commercial setting is required.

Responsibilities

•

Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.

•

Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.

•

Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.

•

Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.

•

Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.

•

Assist the Manager in training all cleaners on proper cleaning procedures.

•

Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.

•

Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.

•

This a working position, you will have your own area to clean and help if there is a call off.

Skills

•

Proven working experience as a cleaner/custodian (required)

•

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies (required)

•

Experience in supervising a team.

•

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
