Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing workflow within our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of factory processes, including assembly line operations and the use of hand and power tools.

Duties

•

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

•

Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

•

Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

•

Monitor equipment operation, perform routine inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.

•

Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies necessary for production.

•

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

•

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Experience

•

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.

•

Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus.

•

Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.

•

A background in fabricating or assembling products is advantageous.
