CP&P is looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team at our Denver, NC precast plant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for directing and supervising all plant production employees, and overseeing maintenance, safety, quality, continuous improvement, and other production-related activities.
Typical Schedule: Work is generally performed Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week depending on workload and production demands.
Typical Physical Demands: Physical agility, which may require any or all the following: standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping, lifting (50 lbs. max), pushing/pulling (50 lbs. max).
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a production environment, with ambient weather/air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in all production areas. Dirty and dusty conditions at times which may require respirator protection. Non-permit confined space work and working with chemicals. Plant manager maintains complete list of SDS's on site at all times.
Compensation: Based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
