WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Under moderate to limited supervision:

- Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.

- Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.

- Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.

- Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures. Assist with outage management as needed. Provide administrative support as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Education requirements are listed below:

- High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

- 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Associate classification.

- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be available to work overtime, call-out overtime and shift work, as required.

- Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills, Prioritization skills, Customer Focus and Teamwork.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be available for overtime when needed.

- Occasional travel may be required.
