What You’ll Do

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the connection point between our customers, installation teams, and internal departments — ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll balance customer communication with scheduling logistics to keep our operations on track and our clients informed every step of the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing install team schedules to maintain approximately 8 hours of productive work daily (including travel time).

- Serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout the scheduling process.

- Sending timely reminders for next-day installs via email, text, or phone.

- Staying in touch with install teams and logging project data into NetSuite.

- Rescheduling installations as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Keeping project statuses up to date and organized.

- Supporting additional administrative or coordination tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident and professional with both customers and colleagues.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; you can juggle multiple priorities without losing track.

- Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Data entry accuracy and time management are second nature to you.

- Previous project coordination or scheduling experience is a plus!

Education/Experience:

- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Physical & Work Requirements

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and move safely throughout warehouse areas when needed.

- Must have adequate visual and hearing acuity to follow detailed instructions.
