Welding Supervisor

Fab Form is looking for a skilled and safety-minded Welding Supervisor to lead our team of welders. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on welding experience, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive environment.

As a Welding Supervisor, you will coordinate daily welding activities, monitor performance, inspect finished welds, and ensure that all work meets company standards, blueprints, and applicable welding codes.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of welders to meet daily production goals.

- Assign work, monitor progress, and verify completed welds meet quality standards.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

- Enforce all company policies and safety policies and ensure proper PPE is used at all times.

- Conduct regular safety meetings and on-the-job training as needed.

- Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve welding or production issues.

Requirements:

- Technical high school and/or trade school graduate in welding.

- Strong knowledge of both MIG and TIG welding.

- 5+ years of welding experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong mechanical aptitude.

- Must be able to communicate and deal effectively with every level of our organization.

- Must have excellent people skills, oral and written communication, leadership, organizational and motivational skills.

- Must be able to interpret and enforce the specifications and procedures related to the department.
