About This Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our metal-processing company. The ideal candidate will have experience operating MIG/TIG machines and possess a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

•

Perform welding tasks on aluminum and carbon materials using various techniques and equipment.

•

Read and interpret blueprints and engineered drawings

•

Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.

•

Demonstrate understanding of efficiencies and waste elimination practices

•

Maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure optimal performance

•

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

•

Shift work required

Requirements:

•

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques

•

Over 4 years of welding experience

•

Maintaining accurate production paperwork

•

Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques

•

Sharp attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints

•

Ability to perform basic math calculations

•

Ability to work well in a team environment

•

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
