Water Well Drillers Apprentice / General Laborer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Water Well Driller’s Helper to join our team. This entry-level position involves assisting experienced drillers in the installation and maintenance of water wells. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operation of drilling rigs and related equipment.

- Help with site preparation and cleanup.

- Load and unload equipment and materials.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Provide support to the drilling team as needed.

- Complete daily logs and reports of work performed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about drilling operations.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
