About the Role

We’re looking for a 

 who’s ready to bring their hands-on expertise and leadership skills to a high-impact role. You'll work closely with our Drilling Lead and operations team to safely and efficiently drill, service, and complete residential, commercial, and agricultural wells. This role is ideal for someone with field experience, a strong work ethic, and the ambition to step into a leadership path.

TDLR Water Well Driller or Pump Installer license is highly preferred.

 Not licensed yet? We’ll support the right candidate in earning it.
