The Position

Driller Assistant

Job Summary

Drives/moves drill vehicles on and off road, sets up drill on drilling site, shuts down and moves drill to new sites.

Operates drill and facilitates the exploration assistant's duties.

Logs and records the lithology or each drill hole.

Performs duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Wears appropriate safety protection, follows prescribed safety guidelines, and maintains clean/safe work area.

Performs all other duties as assigned by leader or designee.
