Water Transfer Technician

Streamline Water Services is seeking motivated and dependable Water Transfer Technicians to join our North Dakota operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting oil and gas production through safe and efficient water transfer operations.

Job Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, and monitor water transfer lines, pumps, and manifolds

· Set up and tear down temporary pipeline systems

· Monitor pump rates, pressures, and flow meters

· Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs

· Troubleshoot basic operational issues in the field

· Complete required safety documentation (JSAs, inspections, reports)

· Maintain clean and organized job sites

· Follow all Streamline and industry safety standards

Qualifications

· Oilfield or water transfer experience preferred (not required — we train)

· Mechanical aptitude

· Ability to work outdoors in North Dakota weather conditions

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs

· Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

· Willingness to work rotational schedules and overtime as needed

Work Environment

This position requires working in outdoor oilfield environments in all seasons. Safety, awareness, and communication are critical components of the role.
