Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mainline Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team at PEAK Contracting Services Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to execute excavation tasks efficiently and safely, contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

•

Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.

•

Perform digging, grading, and other earthmoving tasks as required by project specifications.

•

Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

•

Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure project timelines are met.

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on site.

•

Assist in the training of new operators as needed.

Requirements:

•

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.

•

Familiarity with various types of heavy machinery including Caterpillar, bulldozers, and backhoes.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

•

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
