Neel-Schaffer is seeking applications from qualified applicants for the position of Water Resources Engineer to join our growing discipline. This role can be based in one of our Tennessee offices to include Nashville, Murfreesboro or Chattanooga.

The successful candidate will be a driven professional eager to advance their career with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be a part of Neel-Schaffer’s Regional Water Resources Team, collaborating on diverse projects in Water Resources, Hydrology/Hydraulics and MS4.

Typical projects could include various types of drainage, flood control, bridge hydraulic studies/designs, bridge scour analyses, storm water management studies, basin master plans, erosion and sediment control design, water quality permitting, and MS4 Program compliance. Additionally, you may assist with exciting modeling, design, permitting, and construction efforts for drainage, flood control, and storm water infrastructure projects, as well as support MS4 programs for local TN cities.
