Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Collect and analyze samples for testing to monitor water quality.

- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and data collection.

- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and efficiency.

- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.

- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in wastewater treatment operations or a related field.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain equipment effectively.

- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.

- Ability to analyze data and research findings for informed decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
