Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world’s largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future.
Reporting to the warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for performing routine daily warehouse functions such as:
- Loading and off-loading of all general freight
- Using a handheld device and reporting in Excel
- Providing training and support to junior employees
- A minimum of five years of related work experience in an industrial warehouse environment
- Previous experience in various warehouse processes such as job kitting, cycle counting and MRP review
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and an ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Experience using software and mobile technology to perform daily warehouse activities
- Must work a rotational work schedule and commute to site by aircraft
- Previous training in first aid, WHMIS, and transportation of dangerous goods
