We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Tool Person to join our team in support of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) services within the oil and gas industry. This role focuses on warehouse operations, with primary responsibilities including pulling tools for jobs, loading enclosed trailers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with tool knowledge, forklift experience, and a valid TWIC card. Experience pulling bumper-pull trailers is a strong plus.

- Pull tools and materials for E&I job scopes and verify they are in good working condition
- Load enclosed job trailers with tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain accurate digital tool checklists and inventory logs
- Check tools in and out for each job, tagging any damaged or missing items
- Clean, inspect, and organize all tools, test equipment, and storage areas
- Support tool calibration schedules and coordinate repairs as needed
- Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and compliant with HSE requirements
- Assist with receiving and inspecting shipments, and properly store inventory
- Prepare outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Organize, label, and sort tools and materials for ease of access and tracking
- Participate in an on-call rotation to handle emergency deliveries or material pickups
- Operate company vehicles and bumper-pull trailers to transport tools and materials between Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans, and nearby job sites
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and complete
- Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company transportation policies
- Valid Class E Driver’s License (Required)
- TWIC Card (Preferred)
- Forklift experience (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with bumper-pull trailer driving is a plus
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or industrial/tool management preferred
- Familiarity with E&I tools and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters) is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Physically able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent job needs

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
