This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Employee will most likely be required to work long extended hours, shift work (days, afternoons, or nights), and weekend shifts, as required.
This position will also perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
· Actively Promote E.R. Jahna’s Core Standards of Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SPQDC).
· Use the well-established Jahna DDS (Daily Directional Setting) Meetings along with the fundamentals of our SPQDC culture to manage all aspects of the daily business.
· Maintain a safe working environment, utilize safe working practices, and ensure all safety notification & reporting processes are in place.
· Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
· Unload, label, and store goods in designated locations
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
· Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
· Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
· Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
· Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and other departments as needed
· Facilitate and transport parts between locations as needed
· Perform other tasks as assigned by Management or Lead Person.
· Basic computer skills (experience with inventory software is a plus)
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts if required
· Requires a valid Florida Driver's License with less than 4 points

· Must understand how inventory, purchasing, work orders and the general ledger work together.
· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
· Must have excellent interpersonal and customers service skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate information to employees and management.
· Knowledge of bulk material handling equipment, pumps and motors and a plus.
· Computer skills, enter data and interpret data, read, and respond to emails.
· Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. The employee is continually required to walk, sit, climb, or balance, and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, listen and smell.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee most likely be required at times to work long extended hours, shift work (days, afternoons, or nights), and weekend shifts.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works inside the warehouse and occasionally works outside in adverse weather conditions. The employee frequently works near loud moving mechanical parts, frequently exposed to wet, hot and/or humid conditions, and exposed to vibration.
Employees must follow all safety guidelines throughout designated shift. Must wear minimum 6" steel toe boots, safety vest, eye protection, hard hat and additional PPE as required.
Pay Rate: Rate could vary dependent upon experience. Shift differential pay for nights and weekends.
Schedule: Employee will most likely be required to work long extended hours, shift work (days, afternoons, or nights), and weekend shifts, as required.
Lunch/breaks: As time permits during shift, does not have a designated break time during shift.
