Minimum Requirements
•Background Check: Required
•Drug Testing: Preemployment Drug Screening
•Driver’s license and MVR requirement: Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
•Education: High School Diploma or GED
•Experience: Previous asset tracking or inventory systems preferred. Must be able to operate a forklift and or skid steer for shipping and receiving of product. Understanding the powerline industry is helpful.
•Organizational Skills: Must be organized and structured.
•Technical Skills: Must be proficient with computers and use of Microsoft 365 Platforms
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
General Description
This is a key role to keep our crews equipped, safe and efficient in the field. Required to manage logistics of shipping, receiving, delivery, processing, storing of tools and materials. This individual should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Must work well in a team environment.
Essential Skills, Duties and Responsibilities
•Performs all duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
•Documentation done timely. Accurate reporting and tracking followed through to completion.
•Attend, prepare for and participate in meetings.
•Understand and comply with Company Policies and Operating Procedures.
•Maintains open communication with leadership.
o Maintain a secure, clean and well-organized warehouse/shop area.
o Implement tracking systems to reduce loss and improve accountability.
o Monitor and track a complete list of material inventory: shipped, received, delivered, or in stock
o Perform periodic material inventory counts and reporting.
o Loading and unloading product.
o Manage timely delivery and pickup of parts, inventory and material.
o Be a delivery driver when required.
o Implement tracking systems to reduce loss and improve accountability.
o Monitor and track a complete list of tooling inventory: shipped, received, delivered, in stock or on jobsites
o Perform periodic tooling inventory counts and reporting.
o Ensure all tools are properly maintained, calibrated, records kept, and are compliant with safety standards.
o Provide training and guidance on safe and correct tool usage
o Audit truck tooling inventory as they arrive.
o Equip trucks with required tooling prior to trucks leaving for projects.
o Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to anticipate tooling needs
o Assist in procurement of tooling.
o Monitor a tooling budget and optimize costs.
o Manage timely delivery and pickup of tooling.
o Be a delivery driver when required.
•General Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative assistance to the safety and tooling management team, including organizing files, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
o Assist with other tooling related tasks and projects as required.

Physical Requirements
•Must be able to climb, bend over, kneel, squat, crawl and reach overhead.
•Required to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 pounds.
•Able to use two handed tools.
•Able to speak and hear information through oral communication.
•Has visual acuity to see items clearly and sharply.
•Able to be on feet up to 8 hours per day.
•Sitting for extended periods.
Other Requirements
•This job requires you to provide your own means of transportation to and from the office daily.
•This job requires you to report on time as directed.
•Typical work schedules: 8-hour days and 40-hours per week, staying late if required and after-hours calls are possible.
•Some travel may be required during audits or special deliveries.
