Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Shipment Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Air, Ocean, and Road Freight carriers. Ensure all logistics are organized and prepare the required documentation for each shipment.
•Tracking Shipments: Monitor and track the status of shipments, including deliveries and any changes, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
•Inventory Management: Maintain organization within the warehouse and control inventory, conducting regular counts and addressing any discrepancies in the inventory records.
•Shipment Preparation: Prepare materials for packing and unpacking related to project installations, internal transfers, and distribution.
•Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary. Forklift certification training will be provided if needed.
•Maintenance Monitoring: Oversee the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
•System Updates: Regularly update internal systems with accurate client and vendor data.
•Shipment Verification: Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking shipment requirements before and after dispatch or receipt to ensure correctness.
•General Warehouse Tasks: Assist with other inventory and warehouse-related duties as required.
•Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk tasks, such as helping walk-in guests, answering their questions, and managing cheque deposits.
•Installation Coordination: Collaborate with the installation team to resolve any on-site issues for Calgary projects and assist in providing timelines to customers.
•Weekend Availability: On occasion, you may be required to work on the weekend (with compensation)
What We’re Looking For:
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
•Proven ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision.
•Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
•Comfort with using and operating warehouse equipment (training available for forklift certification if needed).
•Ability to handle occasional weekend work with proper compensation.
•Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a plus, as the role involves working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Benefits:
•Competitive salary of $39,000.00 to $43,000.00
•Eligible for a year-end bonus, the bonus amount will be determined based on both company performance and your individual contributions, as outlined by company objectives.
