The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, team leadership, and process optimization. This role ensures that all warehouse activities align with company goals for efficiency, accuracy, and safety, while fostering a high-performance culture.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Oversee inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
- Lead initiatives for warehouse layout optimization, equipment upgrades, and technology integration.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Proven track record of managing teams and improving warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is preferred .
- Experience with automation and warehouse technology solutions.
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 100+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities.
