Warehouse Manager

The position of Warehouse Manager is key roll to our companies overall success. The position will include managing freight, labor, shipping and receiving our inventory ensuring clean transactions. It is imperative that this individual is consistent with these duties on a daily basis to ensure we are successful providing great customer service and clean transactions as it pertains to our business.

Individuals Duties:

1. Review and scheduled Daily commitments to customers via weekly truck routes, LTL and pick ups

2. Supervising and pulling customer orders with team ensuring all orders are correct complete and in correct load sequence as it pertains to truck routes.

3. Ensure all order checklist for each customers on truck log routes are accounted for 1 day before loading.

4. Match truck log with orders in house and any orders not accounted for must be addressed as to why and added if needed added to route shipments.

5. Review all returned materials on trucks from previous days, deliveries first thing every morning. Checking products for damage and explanation for being returned, reconciling and rescheduling ensuring correct transactions are made communicating with manager

6. Daily Expedite special trucks for communicating with customer service working with customer.

7. Ensure all trucks and drivers are following DOT daily check list are within compliance of Federal and State laws, driver logs, vehicle tags and DOT registration.
