POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for controlling warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse staging for pickup by Operations Team.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

- Keeps warehouse clean and organized

- Accepts incoming product shipments and adjust the storage areas when receiving and getting product ready for pickup

- Prepares product for pick-up by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; and resolving problems

- Monitors inventory by completing counts as required

- Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed

- Forklift driving knowledge and certification

- Discards trash daily to keep office areas and shops area clear of trash

- Assist Warehouse Manager with Equipment Inventory

- May assist in delivering equipment to job sites

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record

- Previous experience working with Inventory analysis

- Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Ability to count accurately and be detailed oriented

- Must be a team player

- Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated

- Strong good computer skills

- Previous experience operating a forklift

Physical Demands And Abilities

- Ability to work safely in an office/warehouse environment

- Frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel

- Reach with hands and arms

- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

- Exposure to outside weather conditions

- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts

- Occasionally required to stand; sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; hear

- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat
