Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager at SEETECH, LLC, located in Nitro, WV. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, managing inventory control processes, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient workflow. The role includes coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, implementing warehouse management standards, and maintaining safety protocols. This individual will also handle customer service inquiries related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- Possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing warehouse staff

- Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management practices

- Experience in Inventory Control and maintaining warehouse accuracy

- Excellent Customer Service skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with warehouse management software and systems

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
