Warehouse Manager

ES Solar is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining efficiency, accuracy, safety, and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment in the facility

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products

· Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management and reporting

· Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

· Track and report KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, employee productivity)

· Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and team development

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows

· Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and productivity

· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipment

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse at all times

· Handle incoming and outgoing shipment inspections and documentation

· Troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, equipment failures

· Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and systems

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in warehouse operations

· Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus)

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
