Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain in Canada. You will oversee warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, with a strong focus on local dropshiping and fulfillment (一件代发), retail distribution (e.g., BestBuy, Costco), and compliance with Amazon FBA requirements. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective, on-time deliveries while maintaining seamless operations.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Optimization
•Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and inventory.
•Integrate technology (e.g., ERP, TMS) to automate tracking and reporting.
2. Retail & E-commerce Fulfillment
•Manage local fulfillment (一件代发) processes and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
•Oversee end-to-end retail送仓流程, including shipments to major retailers (BestBuy, Costco) and Amazon FBA warehouses.
•Ensure compliance with retailer-specific requirements (labeling, packaging, delivery windows).
3. Operations Leadership
•Negotiate contracts with carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers.
•Resolve supply chain disruptions (delays, customs issues, inventory shortages).
•Monitor KPIs (OTIF, freight costs, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions.
4. Compliance & Safety
•Ensure adherence to Canadian logistics regulations (CBSA, transport safety standards).
•Maintain warehouse safety protocols and audit readiness.
Must-Have Qualifications
