Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at LED Phantom Distribution. This role is pivotal in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.

Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures.

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

•

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

•

Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.

•

Monitor fleet management activities related to transportation logistics.

•

Prepare budgets and forecasts for warehouse operations.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management.

•

Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and systems.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

•

Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight.

•

Experience with shipping and receiving procedures is essential.

•

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
