Warehouse Lead

EcoLube Recovery, a Pacific Northwest owned and operated company, is seeking a dedicated Transfer Facility Operator to join our team in Puyallup, WA. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials, including used motor oil and related products. As a Transfer Facility Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities

- Load and unload products and raw materials, including used motor oil, spent antifreeze, drums, and bins of used oil filters.

- Ensure all used oil arriving at the facility complies with required SOPs.

- Track incoming and outgoing oil gallons using basic math skills.

- Complete receiving and shipping paperwork accurately.

- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, secured, and have a waste profile when required.

- Operate equipment such as pumps and valves with a working knowledge of their functions.

- Maintain general daily housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

- Promote safety through personal actions and work habits.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- This is a full time, 40 hour per week job with opportunities for Overtime. This position is a swing shift.

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Ability to become forklift certified.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Basic operating knowledge of computers, including the Office suite.

- Basic math skills.

- Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.

- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Ability to understand instructions given verbally or in writing in English.

- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate tools and equipment.

- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights over 30 ft.

- Ability to lift 40+ pounds, carry 10-20 pounds, and push/pull up to 250 pounds with mechanical assistance.

Compensation

$25-27/hr. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses in accordance with ELR's Safety Bonus Program.
