Position Description: Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Labor/Janitorial professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning duties across the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a hygienic environment.

- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to ensure floors are safe and visually appealing.

- Assist with general custodial tasks including restocking supplies and sanitizing common areas.

- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure.

- Handle industrial cleaning tasks involving heavy-duty equipment and specialized cleaning agents.

- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces according to established protocols.

- Support warehouse operations by moving supplies, organizing storage areas, and assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within industrial or commercial settings.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and facilities maintenance practices.

- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.

- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or warehouse porter roles is highly desirable.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
