Warehouse / Home Maintenance Techician

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance technician to oversee the upkeep of both the interior and exterior of four private residences., as well as assisting in warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring the properties remains in excellent condition year-round.

- Must be 21 years old

- Warehouse Responsibilities

- Must have stake body truck driving experience

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- CDL Preferred

- Employment Verification and Drug Testing

- Using pallet jack/forklift
