About This Job

Job Duties:

•

Upkeep of landscape and lawn including mowing lawn, weed-whacking, and trimming hedges

•

Basic maintenance of dormitory facility including assisting with plumbing issues, changing lightbulbs, and maintain the heating/cooling system

•

Keep building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance and reporting any needed changes

•

Spot any safety risks and address the issue with management

•

Respond to any emergencies and provide necessary assistance

Requirements:

•

Basic carpentry skills, lawn care, building upkeep, and plumbing experience

•

Strong communication skills

•

Basic computer skills

•

Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

•

Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively

•

Ability to push/pull equipment such as lawn mower

•

Ability to use ladders
