Are you a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and working with your hands? Join the Allstate Exteriors team as our Warehouse & Property Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in maintaining our facilities, supporting job site operations, and keeping everything clean and organized.
What You'll Do:
•
Perform general repairs and maintenance at our warehouse and other company-owned properties
•
Clean and organize our warehouse and surrounding grounds
•
Deliver materials and equipment to job sites around the region
•
Handle basic handyman tasks such as painting, minor plumbing, drywall repairs, and more
•
Keep an inventory of supplies and ensure safe, efficient use of tools and company vehicles
What We're Looking For:
•
A valid driver’s license with a clean record
•
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
•
Handy with tools and experienced in general property maintenance
•
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
•
Prior experience in maintenance, warehouse work, or construction is a plus
