We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Warehouse Clerk to support our warehouse and operations team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. From managing shipments to verifying materials and supporting production needs, this role is critical to keeping things running smoothly on the floor and beyond.

- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, prepare, and label dropship orders for daily UPS/FedEx pickups
- Process shipments in ERP and TMS systems, ensure timely carrier dispatch
- Generate and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documents
- Confirm accuracy of outbound shipments against packing slips and resolve discrepancies
- Receiving & Inventory Support
- Receive incoming materials; verify against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and accuracy
- Inspect and document inbound materials per company standards
- Monitor inventory of shipping and packaging supplies (e.g., pallets, stretch wrap, labels); coordinate restocks with Plant Manager or Purchasing
- Assist with staging, loading, and unloading materials and finished goods
- Logistics Coordination
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight; set dock appointments
- Communicate with carriers to obtain freight quotes or resolve shipping issues
- Warehouse Organization & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures and report any hazards or issues
- Other Duties
- Support production needs by pulling and staging materials as required
- Perform additional warehouse or logistics tasks as directed by the Warehouse Lead
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience using ERP and/or inventory control systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
- Shipping and receiving experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (noise, movement, equipment)
