The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This position involves handling inventory, organizing warehouse space, and supporting the logistics team with various tasks. The ideal employee will have strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Pull, count, and verify orders.
- Label, clean and inspect product.
- Load /Unload trucks
- Recognize hazardous products and know how to handle them.
- Must become familiar with Innospec / Toll products.
- Interact with drivers and customers
- Willingness to cross train in other departments
- Participate in inventory counts as needed
- Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, workplace accidents, and other safety issues are reported promptly
- Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, procedures, and ergonomic standards as directed by Innospec and the department, including the use of appropriate PPE at all times
- Maintain clean and safe work area

- At least 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 years’ warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- Ability to frequently push/pull/lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to manage time, organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Basic reading skills
- Walking/standing continuously
- Ability to reach: above, at, and below shoulder height in addition to standing, climbing, walking, pushing, and pulling, the frequent physical demands of the position are lifting, carrying, balancing, stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination, and feeling.
