About This Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient logistics coordination. You will be responsible for inventory management, shipment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Report discrepancies and coordinate with procurement/suppliers for resolution.

•

Logistics Coordination: Schedule inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and 3PL providers. Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery statuses. Ensure compliance with shipping/receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists).

•

Warehouse Operations: Organize storage layouts for optimal space utilization. Supervise loading/unloading activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

•

Data & Reporting: Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Generate weekly reports on stock levels, shipment delays, and operational issues.

Qualifications:

•

Experience: 2+ years in warehouse/logistics coordination.

•

Skills:

•

Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel for pivot tables/VLOOKUPs).

•

Knowledge of logistics processes .

•

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,800.00-$4,500.00 per month
