Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION
•
Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain accurate records and data.
•
Coordinate all freight logistics to reduce costs and delivery times.
•
Conduct inventory audits on a routine basis.
•
Provide administrative support, including accounts payable, receivable, and general office duties.
•
Order and manage office and operational supplies.
•
Perform additional duties as required.
Job Duties
•
Ensure timely and accurate updates to inventory systems.
•
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to streamline logistics and operations.
•
Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing and collections.
•
Maintain organized documentation and provide reports as needed.
•
Support a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Education And Qualifications
•
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•
Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
•
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, etc.) required.
•
Experience with JD Edwards or Oracle is a plus.
•
Familiarity with inventory control, vendor, and order management is preferred.
•
Accounts payable/receivable experience is an asset.
